Lucida.to would also be a pretty good choice, you can choose to download from either Deezer, Qobuz, Tidal, Spotify, Deezer or Amazon Music.

Couldn't find this info anywhere on the internet when I searched for it, so here it is for anyone who needs it:

Navigate to /.var/app/org.kde.kdenlive/data
Create a folder called 'color-schemes'
Copy your .colors file here (can be found here)
Choose the theme in Kdenlive under Settings > Colour Scheme
