Most lemmy.ml users and communities are perfectly fine. I didnt notice a higher number of problematic users from ml than from other instances mine is federated to. I think hexbear and lemmygrad and a bunch of nazi instances are defederated.

It depends. You have clubs that give consecences for this kind of behaviour and clubs that downplay and ignore it. You have fan scences where these people are a small minority and you have scences where they dominate.

Selling the declining American middle class plastic toys did not "make" that class. What made it were stable well paying manufacturing jobs. Trump won't bring those back with a trade war with China, but the claim that Chinese labor "made" the American middle class is just delusional.

However i doubt that even with a decent campaign of addressing the economic concerns of normal people the Democrats could have hacked it. However now Democrats lost over genocide. Now AIPAC cannot play both parties anymore by making blind support for Israel the deciding factor. The Democrats lost because of Israel.
