If you connect to the Internet, windows thinks it's good to go. By typing the cmd you'll disconnect the connection and be able to use the bypass

How easy or hard is it to hire a Hitman? I have seen movies basically where its just walking into a bar and asking. I also read news reports of so and so asking for a hitman. Can someone enlighten me? in c/asklemmy@lemmy.ml

All you gotta do is use www.rentahitman.com They've been around for a few years now and have heard good things about them.
