I love falling asleep to DS9, and I've collected a few episodes that put me right out.

The nagus : some ferengi table pounding, an explosion (not too loud though)
Vortex : one very short phaser fight, some odo grunting, and a ship explosion
The house of quark : one fight, early in the episode
The visitor s04e03: one alarm sequence early in the episode, but so sleepy it made the list
A simple investigation s05e17: a single phaser shot, an a short brawl
Anyone have any other episodes with no explosions/phasers/alarms/births?
I'd like to add some voyager episodes but I feel like most have been pretty intense in my latest rewatch.
Not going to be everyone's cup of tea, but I've been enjoying Idling to rule the gods. (Steam/Android cross save)
It's an idle game that could take years to "beat", has a pet collection/dungeon game that's pretty fun.
You can progress only checking in a couple times a day for a few minutes, some challenges (for progression/QOL upgrades) require more activity, but overall has a nice feeling of day to day improvement.
