I disagree. I think games are definitely worth preserving, even if they aren't that fun. Regardless, this game has historical significance and should at the very least be playable after it's delisted.
McDuders
When life gets you down, Wearing a frown, Don't look away, look up!
Kind of mixed on this one for me. On one hand it's a win against microtransactions, since a big name like Marvel isn't enough for people to buy it, so much that it has to be delisted. I think that's a huge win and I think it's worth mentioning.
On the other, preservation is a thing and I'm wondering if this game could somehow still be played if it's taken off the store. Granted I'm not familiar with this game so I don't know if physical copies work, or if they're just codes with a plastic shell. Or even if this game would be playable once the servers go down. I know it's not the best game to keep around, but history deserves preservation, etc
You should watch the rest of the story and find out
They made tons of these! The Peter Rabbit ones were my favorite. They're such good adaptations, they tell the original stories perfectly.
Nah man. The mom even mentioned that earlier she found 7 of those rats and they ate them for dinner, but couldn't get the "father rat", the fat one in the picture. We can only assume they were his kids that she ate. So it's no wonder they would maybe want some payback.
Honestly, it's not nearly as disturbing as those. Watership Down sticks with you for life.
I had the VHS copy of this and the little kitten softly "meow"ing for help as he was about to be eaten by the rats was very disturbing. Especially when he was trapped in his own home and his mom and aunt couldn't find them.
EDIT: Here it is in full! God what a throwback. As messed up as this story is, I loved it as a kid and would watch it all the time.
Mmm 64 slices of American cheese
see if you can find jay sherman in the title
I think they said they took it as a challenge to make it work, and on its own it's pretty good, but yeah the message would obviously get lost on kids who have no idea what sex is.
That, and it always bugged me that King George/David was told he shouldn't steal the ducky because he had "many duckies". Bearing in mind the original was a woman he lusted after.
Oh and fun fact, that was where the "what you did has made God very unhappy" meme comes from
It's a pretty popular game in Japan and on Switch. Was pretty hyped for this watching the Direct but I haven't got around to playing yet
