Thats bullshit. From what I gather these pagers went out a long time ago, and Isntreal has no way of knowing who is around them when they explode.

Out of the (I'm going to guess) 10,000 people maimed, dismembered, or injured in these two terrorists attacks, how many of them were innocent children and complete bystanders?
