No. Fascism is right wing. Corporate deregulation and laissez faire capitalism are not what fascists or conservatives allow, pretty big threat to their power.

Libertarianism isn't right wing in the states either. It got lumped in there to make it easier to mock them.

Yeah the charges are just a bullshit tactic to bypass personal privacy and that's REALLY obvious to everyone who doesn't want government sodomy the standard. "Oh no some guy didn't police others behavior". This is why some people hate collectivism, it's not just mutual aid, it always becomes mutual responsibility. "Some guy did this, this, and this, and it's YOUR fault". No, it's fucking not.
