The Mars Society had a concept that would rotate the entire habitat around underground on rails. Seems a bit far fetched to me, but I guess it's possible.

Absolutely, the James Webb telescope is an awesome achievement of science. We are lucky to be alive in this time so we can witness it.
Dome cities would be much more achievable, but still incredibly difficult unfortunately. It's cool to think it may be feasible in the next generation or two.
I love AntennaPod, it's a real gem.
I'm no expert by any means, but I've seen plants come back from much worse. It's worth a try.
