GOG store page says it works on Mac.

On a separate note, with all these excuses maybe he's not wanting to play it as much as you think he does. Or, the man is stuck in his ways and needs to read up on basic computer security. I guarantee Steam is keeping his cc info a lot more secure than his work probably handles his PII.

The Ukrainian government's military intelligence service says it hacked the Russian Federal Taxation Service, wiping the agency's database and backup copies.

Following this operation, carried out by cyber units within Ukraine's Defense Intelligence, military intelligence officers breached Russia's federal taxation service central servers and 2,300 regional servers across Russia and occupied Ukrainian territories.

As Ukraine's Main Directorate of Intelligence says, the repercussions of the cyberattack have been severe, causing a breakdown in communication between Moscow's central office and the 2,300 territorial departments that also got hacked in the attack.

It has led to a virtual collapse of one of Russia's vital governmental agencies with a significant loss of tax-related data, according to GUR, as well as tax data-related internet traffic across Russia falling into the hands of Ukraine's military hackers, as The Record first reported.

"This means a complete destruction of the infrastructure of one of the main state bodies of terrorist Russia and numerous related tax data for a long period," GUR said.

GUR said it hacked Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency last month, gaining access to classified data and leaking it online.

The impact of these cyberattacks underscores Ukraine's increased cyber warfare efforts against Russia, leveraging its military intelligence cyber units to disrupt critical Russian infrastructure.

Probably a super unpopular opinion but I played it a few months back and did not like it at all. Gameplay and story were both bad.

It's not a bad game if you think of it as a separate game that has nothing to do with the Thief series. Much like Mass Effect Andromeda.

Wasnt the whole thing supposed to be a big update to 2022 title? I remember reading there was going to be no new title for this year and instead MW2 would get a big update.

I bet they saw how dumb people are who are willing to buy a premium version of a battlepass every season on top of all the crazy skins they push out. So, instead we get a "new" title which literally plays and feels like a DLC for MW2 which it was meant to be.

Lmao. Having played it, I never thought of it like that.

Oct 17 (Reuters) - Microsoft (MSFT.O) is preparing to bring Amazon.com (AMZN.O) as a customer for its 365 cloud productivity tools in a deal worth over $1 billion, news site Insider reported on Tuesday, citing an internal document and a person familiar with the matter.

The e-commerce giant has committed the amount for over five years and to secure more than one million Microsoft 365 license seats, according to the report.

Microsoft, whose shares gained nearly 1% in extended trading following the report, declined to comment. Amazon did not respond to Reuters' request for comment.

Amazon is expected to start setting up the new systems in early November, the report said, adding that the company currently uses a local, on premise version of Microsoft's Office products.

Microsoft recommends doing the following, depending on what security update you have installed:

  • Aug 2022 SU or later and EP enabled: Install CU14 (no special steps needed).
  • Aug 2022 SU or later, but EP not yet enabled: Install CU14 with the default of 'Enable EP' left on.
  • Exchange Server version earlier than the Aug 2022 SU: "We send you thoughts and prayers, and very strong but gentle guidance to update your servers to the latest SU immediately."
