Would it be possible to limit Fediverse content included in a magazine via tags, to one (or more) languages? (kbin.social)

For example I set in /m/android to see content from Fediverse that has the #android tag - something I find very useful by the way. Since it is a generic magazine it would be useful to be able to filter content for English only.
