Research shows that a daily dose of tai chi, the slow-moving meditative, martial art can boost our body and brain. A new study finds adding word games to tai chi doubles the increase in memory.

I've been doing PT about 3x/week since an aneurysm in 2017 left me unable to walk and wrecked my coordination. tai chi for range of motion movements would be a great addition to the often repetitive strength training. Article links to Tai Ji Quan modification for limited balance people like me. Thanks for posting!
