As an italian born in the exact city that invented pesto i can say that there is no such thing as red pesto
The picture shows pesto that is red. Therefore red pesto exists
All pesto is green, That sauce is not green, Therefore that sauce is not pesto.
So you are telling me you trust big Italian?
I trust my big Italian grandmama, yes.
