In musk's deregulatory hellscape, the disclaimer is likely not even necessary now.

Ah, the USA is so fucking doomed unless as a people we push these facists and grifters out of office.
The time for “just vote” is long gone. Now people need to actually do something.
The Republicans currently hold 218 seats in the House of Representatives. The Democrats hold 215. Two seats are currently vacant and will be up for special election on April 1st. If the Democrats win those elections then it reduces the Republicans' lead to a single seat.
That's cool.
The executive brand doesn't care about laws and will do things they're not even allowed to do.

Alright I'm not sure how its even possible this is a product, there is absolutely no mechanism where this is even remotely possible. This is just straight up fraud.
It's a supplement. No fda rules about it.
I think you could sell it by being very vague and not claiming it actually does anything.
As an example, just rattle off a bunch of insanity as necessary to convince idiots that you "get it" like "keep your blood pure", then do what lots of supplements do with super vague meaningless claims like "Contains Iron which essential for your blood to function properly"
I'm feeling kind of ok with people that believe vaccines magnetize their blood spending their money on this.
