Just keep in mind that merely searching for Tails was enough to get you on an NSA watchlist 10 years ago. I have to imagine the situation has only gotten worse since then.

If your mission is to stay off the radar, get really creative on how you obtain and use Tails. In some circumstances, it may be better to maintain anonymity by using a common OS setup.

Tails is an absolute godsend for dictatorships (including tor too :>).

Even without dictatorship, it's really comforting to have a Tails USB stick with encrypted volume set up. Feels like a little home on the go in my pocket.

Besides that yeah (it's especially useful in dictatorships though) It's very comforting to have an extra line of security/privacy JIC you ever need it. Personally besides political dissent i think it's a little overkill but nice to have at all times eitherway :)
