I want to mandate parking spots be a foot narrower and a couple feet shorter specifically to apply inconvenience to ridiculously oversized vehicles.
You mean like in panel 4 of the comic where the owner of such car would totally feel bad for not fitting in the designated area?
Better to pass a law making it legal to key the car of anyone parked over two spaces. You can break their windows if they take up four.
Please don't give them ideas.
