Mad Men the picnic scene.

Littering wasn't a concern back then. When Don casually tossed the can aside, I was astonished and confused. Then to make matters worse, Betty shakes off the rubbish from the picnic blanket onto the ground before heading to the car. Not a care in the world at all.

Try to do the same today and a park would be filled with plastic wrappers in a few days.

I don't know what soap opera it was, because it was playing on the TV at my barber's shop while I was in the chair. A woman started shooting at some people who had disappointed her. Just livin' the dream.

The one where the guys dead twin brother had the long-lost cousin who was married to the dude who murdered the brother, but we didn't find that out until he cheated with the sister of the other girl (played by the same actress) who was lost on the mountain after the plane crash.

I don't know about it resonating nor was it a single episode, but I still remember the Luke and Laura arc on General Hospital. I don't know why it intrigued me at the time but I would always stop and watch when they were on the screen.

They're all pretty boring.
