Nothing will beat the bottomless pit AI greentext

For those who haven't seen it:

[-] Kusimulkku@lemm.ee 57 points 1 week ago

Just, ah, magnificent. One of my favorite greentexts ever.

[-] don@lemm.ee 9 points 1 week ago

Shouldโ€™ve stayed to the bottomed pit he was assigned to, instead of leaving his pit of responsibility to go wander around and check out the new very clearly marked bottomless pit assigned to the tenured bottomless pit supervisor. What a fucking anon.

[-] Kolanaki@yiffit.net 38 points 1 week ago

It's so good, I have doubts that it was written by an AI.

[-] Korne127@lemmy.world 41 points 1 week ago

The green part is written by GTP-3. So the "regular pit supervisor" etc. in the ending got written by a human after the AI generated the first green part, but the last joke was made by AI again.

Presumably. Wouldn't take much to fake that though.

Honestly, it sounds very much like the text completion of GPT-3. Unlike ChatGPT, that has a very typical unnecessarily-professionally "sound" and is very trimmed to not do many things, the "raw" auto completion models (at least the older ones like GPT-3) could auto-fill basically anything in a fitting style.

I've experimented with the GPT-3 playground a lot before ChatGPT came out and it sounds really plausible to me.

OK, that's pretty good.

Also, they let an LLM loose on 4chan? Risky move.

[-] Mirodir@discuss.tchncs.de 9 points 1 week ago

If you wanna see a language model (almost) exclusively trained on 4chan, here you go.

The model is on torrents. If anyone wants it, I'll give 'em the torrent file.

[-] Ilovethebomb@lemm.ee 2 points 1 week ago

I'll give that a watch at some point.

AI pretends it doesn't know what an inflation fetish is

The bread company actually cut costs by 18% last year.

Sorry anon but you're getting gouge cucked.
