God I miss real keyboards like this.

The problem is that the physical keyboard takes permanent real estate whereas the software keyboard can come and go, to allow for full screen applications.
I do miss innovative phones like the sidekick, LG chocolate, and other slider ones.
I think I'm okay with that tbh. I miss my Blackberry Torch. Full touch screen on the front and a slide out keyboard
I make due with a Unihertz Titan Slim. Not the best, but with custom ROMs, a temporary relief. I will buy another one or two but after that, I have no idea what next. Hopefully, someone else with make limited edition niche devices.
Maybe it's time to design a super slim case for mine that has a keyboard, only I worry it'll be top heavy
Finally, my next step into psuedo-time-traveling to the 2000's. The taste of freedom is sweet!
It literally comes with a blackberry keyboard, that is the blackberry Q10 keyboard, I wonder how many spares they made
What’s the target use case for this? It seems too small to be useful as a laptop replacement, and isn’t really mobile without cellular radios. About the only purpose I can see is replacing pagers that are still used in medical facilities.
Meshtastic.
So many Meshtastic mentions these days. Is it really worth the hype?
I mean, it is pretty cool to be able to do long range, encrypted, license free communications. Whether it's the be all end all, I don't think so. Reticulum for example seems like a much better thought out protocol. But it's something, and it works right now. HAM is cool and all, but the lack of encryption makes it pretty useless for day to day usage (and to some people's SHTF plans).
It's pretty niche. I'd be interested in it as a device for messaging between folks who are out of mobile range - think farmers, hikers, mountain climbers, forestry workers, fire service, etc.
Fun little device for LoRa based messaging
So close. All they need is to add this: https://lastminuteengineers.com/sim800l-gsm-module-arduino-tutorial/
Unfortunately neither GSM nor UMTS works in the US anymore. Only LTE/VoLTE and above is supported.
