Any idea how to fix this annoying message when having ''TTV LOL PRO'' extension installed on FireFox? The Twitch Adblocker seems to be detected and gives either this message or a infinite loading circle.

Btw this is not "adblock detected". This is what twitch embed into the m3u8 playlist when ad supposed to play.

"Twitch will trigger the known "commercial break in progress" (purple ad) once a threshold of concurrent connections with that proxy is met. We unfortunately have no easy/cheap way of fixing this, and we strongly recommend not reloading when the ad appears."

More info on the site, ways to set up your own, etc: https://wiki.cdn-perfprod.com/must-read/proxy-information

Disable all other twitch add block extensions and use vaft or vid swap new on this page. Make sure to follow the instructions and set the proper filter. Sometimes mine breaks and I just re-do the instalation steps and restart my browser and it usually works again.

Thanks, I have applied the vaft one through Tampermonkey. Hope it works!

I have been using TTV LOL PRO v1 with my own Russia proxy (I pay for it). You can use my proxy if you want: https://twitch.nadeko.net and I THINK you will get a few ads using the proxy on the webpage (https://github.com/younesaassila/ttv-lol-pro/discussions/37#discussioncomment-7668146) . I use Streamlink+MPV to watch twitch streams and I don't get any ads

Thanks, I will try vaft method that another Lemmy user mentioned and if that does not work, I will use your proxy. Appreciate it aye!

I have the same screen on kodi. Doesnt bother me since the alternative used to be the whole machine freezing so getting this was an improvement.

Let us know how you go op. I use a firefox extension that bypasses twitchers putting their videos sub only, lame, and I dont remember seeing ads.

I get the same screen on streamplay
