Not too long ago, I did a geocache and the FTF was a tag from the owner's late grandfather from the Apollo missions or something I forget. Thought that was pretty neat.

I've gotten Tim Hortons gift cards for FTF before, that was pretty nice. Pins are also always cool to find

A couple years ago I found an AOL floppy disk to put their browser on my PC and get 500 free hours of browsing. It was a real blast from the past.
