I don't know about them formatting, but the content is positive. You should hire people without bullshit 'experience' requirements

I have seen the exact same post posted by multiple people in LinkedIn and it is posted only for farming reactions and followers. They didn’t truly do this.

In case you don't know about Instagram poetry, it's very memeable because a lot of examples are just regular sentences with random line breaks, much like this LinkedIn post
