I've written a guide about how to pirate fonts from a particular subscription service. I'm not sure where I should post it so it can be of help to anyone who is interested. I don't think the mods would be happy if I posted it here, because it might be too much of a liability for the instance if the company behind "particular subscription service" wasn't happy with that information being out there.

Put it on any pastebin and then just post the link here. Nothing fancy.

Like the old BBS text files. Nice

The irony of posting a font piracy guide in a place that only supports plaintext…

Plus, add it to the wiki or I can do it for you 👍

That's great, thanks for making this, and for going to the trouble of making an account here just to update the wiki. Awesome stuff :)

You could call them a literal gem eh?

.....I'll see myself out

Thank you so much dude. I love switching fonts on my e-reader, depending on the mood of the book. And some fonts I wanted to try were premium.

I haven't check if they are on there or not, but regardless, it's cool that I have another source for finding fonts. Thanks!

That sounds like something that should be ARCHIVEd. Just in case a visitor from a different GALAXY wants to use them in the distant future

Hmm. I can't find what you're hinting at.

Don't know where but I know I'd be interested.

I get the idea of paying for fonts but it's like copyright law to me. After x years it's free game.

I just want fitting fonts for my personal projects. I don't want to do commercial stuff with it. :(

[–] NaoPb@eviltoast.org 2 points 4 months ago

Me too. Don't care much for commercial uses.

I am interested, can you private message it to me, please?

I'm interested!
