I always wanted to learn cooking. Right now i can make scrambled eggs and soups. Soups are easy to make just throw a bunch of vegetables, some stock, and let it simmer.
It's a breath of fresh air to see a community such as this. I don't have anything to post at the moment but I will be here more often. Thank you for this community.
I'm really into cooking too! I mostly make stove top Cuban food, so some sort of meat marinated in citrus and garlic, rice, beans, and some sort of starchy side dish lie plantains, casava, malanga, etc. I also like to make things up in the moment with whatever is in the fridge, so I cook by taste and every meal comes out differently.

Actually, I think I mostly make garlic and lime seasoned with meat, starch, and veggies ๐
