No, because the US will veto their membership since it's on the UN Security Council, which has the final say.

The cruelty is the point.

This won't succeed because of the U.S. being on the Security Council, but this the best the rest of the world can do, I suppose.

Also the UK would never let it pass either. But were basically just the US' second vote on the council at this point
