“Best Buy is increasing the scope of phones they’ll mangle for you! Now not only iPhone users can have them damage their phones during repairs, Android users have the pleasure of extra long repair times due to accidental damage too!”

Haha, me too. The guy broke the screen working on my old iPhone, so he just submitted another AppleCare+ claim and replaced the screen again without telling me. At the time you got only two screen replacements in three years.

Smells fraudy, if a repair shop damages your device during repair you should be told IMO, instead of them submitting another claim on your behalf without permission. Especially being an apple authorised one too. It's a shame there's fewer choices due to the parts serialization

They broke my display and also a friends, at two different locations. It’s like they purposefully hire incompetent people

Think I need a new battery and I only have the phone a few months. Doesn't even last a day.

Isn't the horribly named "UbreakIfix" chain kind of everywhere now? Not sure what Best Buy adds to the party.

Best buy is more rural areas compared to ubreakifix.
