I know it's supposed to be funny, meme-worth material, but it isn't, given the bot's answer...
Edit: I'm dumb and missed that part where it indeed says it's illegal to make children.

But we have zero context for what's above. You can make ChatGPT say almost anything after 5 prompts and a crop to the last one.
