Kaiserreich is a pretty awesome mod in general. It's not really that biased from what I've played and the gameplay is amazing.

it seems like a loooooooooooot of hoi4 mods are made by right-wing assholes who think communism is when the government kills people for no reason and steals all the grain for themselves, and that gets real fuckin annoying.

Even vanilla Vicky 2 is guilty of this with the inclination of communist legislators to want "slavery allowed" in a proletarian dictatorship.
