I really don't know why they are the last big publisher to not come back now with Activision/Blizzard now coming back. And they think I will buy the new SW game on their launcher... Tbh tho the division 2 is kinda good.

I personally don't really enjoy don't enjoy most Ubisoft games but yeah if I do buy them it will be from Steam not their launcher.

Legally acquiring Ubisoft games for sure definitely

[โ€“] ThunderingJerboa@kbin.social 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

I mean I honestly just don't get this. People say Ubisoft games are pretty trash, so why waste the time and effort of "Legally acquiring" a garbage generic product?

[โ€“] MavTheHack@lemmy.fmhy.ml 3 points 1 year ago

Because some garbage is a bargain when it's free

Don't you still have to use Ubisoft Connect through Steam?

Maybe some of their really old games. But their new ones all have Denuvo as a DRM so no chance to see them on GOG any time soon.
