I'm hoping this gets eventually gets support for additional languages. Many of my work clients speak languages not supported by this tool.

I think everyone can put a false description. Only way to know is to audit the code. Unfortunately i'm not able to do that

I'm currently using this one (Translate web pages). I think it is not the most privacy friendly, but is really useful. It also works for mobile Firefox (actually I use Mull)

It's support for mobile is really cool. Fennec (or Firefox Nightly) with extensions is really good experience. Thank you mozilla for extensions support. Killer feature.

It says it uses google. It's a nono for privacy

It can use Google ☝️ With some preparations: VPN, Chameleon (another) extension for spoofing the browser profile, everything will be fine.

Except if the website contains identifying information, like a username.
Google translate is not a privacy focused solution.
