MODERATORS
Capitalism is a fucking shit show, but tankies legit confuse the hell out of me. I'd compare them to flat earthers where my first reaction is, "that's sort of funny, but those people don't actually exist, do they?"
It's part LARP, part psyop, part finding belonging in tribalism.
So much scorn towards redditors and right-wingers (for a reason of course), BUT they still act like r/politicalcompassmemes and the_donald, qanonists etc. in a meta role.
"We're just joking with the racism and totalitarianism because we have a flair/because we play the straw-man communist role"
In the end they just support right-wing dogma inside a caricature of how right-wing propaganda says communism/leftism is.
