It depends. I have a weighted blanket that I really like, but it comes with some drawbacks. Since it's so heavy, repositioning it is extra effort that wakes me up. It's also a pain to change the sheets on the bed. Still, I think the benefit of being under the outweigh the drawbacks.

However, I definitely do not like feeling restricted. So, if the pressure is restricting, like someone death hugging me and not letting me move, I'm not going to like that at all. I need to have the option to get out of it immediately, even if I don't need to get out of it immediately.
