Meanwhile, Spock takes the bridge of the Theseus, reuniting with his old friend Captain Montgomery Scott and desperately attempting to keep the Red Path's Bloodwings at bay.

The only IDW comics Ive read so far are the adaptation of the original City on the Edge of Forever script, which was amazing, and the TNG/Doctor Who crossover, which was cute and nice. So I should deep dive even further

The current IDW Trek titles are actually pretty solid, especially the main Star Trek and Defiant books. Good mix of characters from different shows and an obvious love for the history of the shows. Licensed books have always been a bit of a crap shoot, but I've been pleasantly surprised by this current batch of Trek comics.

I look forward to reading them
