Lemmy.net is not their domain name. Its lemmy.fmhy.net so the community would be /c/fmhy@lemmy.fmhy.net but that community doesn’t exist, it’s /c/freemediaheckyeah@lemmy.fmhy.net
But thats not the /c/
It should be FREEMEDIAHECKYEAH
!freemediaheckyeah@lemmy.fmhy.net
Would be the link
Your link (!freemediaheckyeah@lemmy.fmhy.net) is working for me, and I can subscribe from another instance (dbzer0.com in this case), and so does /c/freemediaheckyeah@lemmy.fmhy.net since they both seem to resolve to the same community.
I think for the link to work across Lemmy it should be: !fmhy@lemmy.fmhy.net Might have to edit if that is incorrect.
Edit: that link doesn't work, maybe for a different community on that instance: !rhldshack@lemmy.fmhy.net
That works, not sure if you can link directly to an instance rather than a community.
