I usually wake up around 5-10 mins prior to my alarm if I slept the right amount (around 6 hours). In the rare occassion I get woken up by my alarm I feel the rest of the day like shit (very tired, annoyed at evrything, very sensitive to light, need 10 coffees to survive).
Same. If I am in a good sleep routine, I consistently wake up about 10 minutes before the alarm goes off, especially in the spring and summer. In winter I am somewhat more likely to immediately fall back asleep because I don't hear the birds chirping.
6 hours ?? Don't we all need more than 11? Guess I'm abnormal, ha
