i thought it's supposed to be one of those memes that parody lgbt-phobic images about genders (see attached image), but still, make sure to avoid that usage
I'd never seen that other meme, and it could be a parody, but lets be fair - ableism and saneism are absolutely rampant on all sides of the political spectrum, and it's probably a coincidence rather than a parody...
