Yes, you are trying to be pedantic by pointing out that account boosting is not cheating. But it is cheating so not only are you being pedantic, you are wrong .
Here's what ChatGPT says (and I fully agree with it):

I believe ChatGPT was referring to buying cheating software when it said "paid services". It may have lost that part of the response when I forced it to condense it into 2 sentences.
You can't even get the idiot AI to agree with you on this, but you're still going for it. And that thing will agree with whatever you tell it if you argue long enough.
