No idea. Can't see it on world. How in the world did you comment?
I don't know exactly what's going on (or was going on), but somehow .world was successfully delivering between your instance and mine, but not to .world users lol. Seems to be doing it now (for this post at least) though.
My submission from right ~~before~~ [edit: after] yours (fedia: suisei moana 2) is still jammed up but that one was also successfully delivered to the fediverse in some capacity (a Mastodon user interacted with it), without actually showing up in the .world new queue.
A couple days ago I saw someone bringing up some spotty federation problems on .world, so I guess maybe there's just some technical jank going on somewhere ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
