He's bugging me!" and "I'm not touching you!" Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.

Surely that will solve the problems of the youth on social media. Not like there are any 12 year olds on 13+ social networks today anyways.

Introducing too strict law which is divorced from the reality is making people to disregard laws in general, not necessarily just this one.

That's a good thing. Disregarding laws shows that the government actually has no power and showing the government having no power is fantastic to do.
