Was driving down the interstate, and got passed by a car in the center median and the driver was clearly unresponsive doing about 65 mph through the grass. The car hit an embankment and pretty violently came to a stop, and we stopped as well to check on the driver.
He was clearly in distress and unresponsive. My girlfriend at the time, without even speaking, ran and got her diabetes test kit out of the car. With EMS was on the way, she tested his sugar and he was at like 700, which is astronomical. She gave him some insulin, he regained consciousness and EMS showed up and got him to the hospital. She probably saved his life before I even realized what was happening.
