Serious question. Did Kevin have some sort of brain damaging event or is he just this stupid. I know like everyone thought Busey was just crazy but then it turned out he had a motorcycle accident that fucked him up.

He's gone on record as claiming to have had several strokes during the filming of Hercules. I'm not sure if there's been independent verification.
