Well with the tendency of SovCits to not pay for their vehicles, it’s entirely possible this poor soul came across this stash after buying a repossessed car.

When you're trying to buy a car with imaginary government trust fund money, you cn only buy from someone willing to sell it for imaginary government trust fund money.
