Isn’t it literally illegal to be a Nazi in Germany?

As always, it's not illegal when you're in the police while you're doing this shit

The German justice system has reported the discovery of Nazi symbols and child pornography in messages exchanged by police officers in a private group chat.

Five police officers, aged 22 to 25 and from three different districts, were involved in sharing the illegal content, according to the public prosecutor in charge of the investigation.

I mean it's meant to be illegal in Austria, but I still saw a fuckload of Nazis when I went to a football game there.
