Regarding spoilers; Please put "(Spoilers)" in the title of your post if you anticipate spoilers, as we do not currently have a spoiler tag available. If your post contains an image that could be considered a spoiler, please mark the thread as NSFW so the image gets blurred. As far as how long to wait until the post is no longer a spoiler, please just use your best judgement. Everyone has a different idea on this, so we don't want to make any hard limits.
Please use spoiler tags whenever commenting a spoiler in a non-spoiler thread. Most of the Lemmy clients don't support this but we want to get into the habit as clients will be supporting in the future.

the best 'Not-Star Trek' Star Trek film
Rated as in the Top Ten of all Star Trek movies.
Should probably be in the top five, frankly.
Can't find the clip, but Jonathan frakes told Patrick Stewart that he had to see Galaxy Quest, and that he had to see it in a theater with an audience.
And Patrick Stewart said he laughed harder than anyone else in the theater.
I can see him enjoying Alan Rickman’s role.
Here's the clip. The full cideo it comes feom is the next link but I’m not sure of the timestamp.

Please, if you can find it, post it.
Thanks. In my mind there was a video. Silly me.
I posted it in another reply to you just below. He’s never been on video saying exactly what you said but he’s been quoted in articles/newspaper interviews. Snopes has a good summary with links to the publications.

You rock!
There’s more recent videos of him praising Galaxy Quest but not any video of that quote that I’m aware of.
Thanks for looking it up!
