It's absolutely true that a lot of modern-day problems with being tired come from bad sleep habits. What I'm talking about is a real phenomenon that isn't being in front of a screen too close to bedtime. I like waking up a 0530 to get to work by 0700.

That's not a joke. I seriously love it.

430 to be at work by 6, but I usually wake up closer to 230 or 3. It's a good feeling to disable your alarm before it harasses you.
