Actually, no. Vaccines are less effective at containing mass spread than masks and good hygiene. The deadlier variants did not spread enough for vaccines to become better than masks, and people got immunity from Omicron, including anti-vax crowd. That said, there is no hypothetical choice, so use your masks and vaccines.
