The article isn’t very clear as to what data is to be allowed to be shared. That being said I’m 100% convinced the Europe and the US DON’T share the same values when it comes to personal data
Unfortunately, none of the articles I found are clear about this. And I agree with you, values are very different. The way I see it, this is just EU once again bowing it's head to US interests.
