Hello everybody,

I have a Lenovo B50 Laptop but I can't use it because when I'm using it, it shuts down randomly. I thought it was a battery problem and I've changed it but it didn't work.

I've tried to install Lubuntu on it thinking that it was a Windows problem, but nothing. While I'm using it (Internet, Libreoffice, etc.) it shuts down randomly.

What else can I do? There is any tool that I can use to search the problem?

Thanks in advance

Doesn’t shutdown or simply turn off? If it’s shutting down then look at the event logs to see what’s issuing the shutdown command.

Lenovo has a bootable usb or a windows application that performs a number of hardware tests. Run it and see if any issues are uncovered.

It turns off suddenly. I'll check these tests with Lenovo, thanks
