It is randomly generated. It just won't be uniformly random unless they hard code that into the model.
Yup. ChatGPT is technically a non-deterministic pseudo-random number generator, even if it's terrible at it
Chatgpt indeed has real randomness built in. In fact, you can tell it to use different algorithms to generate the randomness, and you can pick which one you want to use
is that in the documentation?
