That's 0 milligrams. 0 magnesium would be "0 Mg" (pay attention to capitalisation). Or even "0mg Mg".

But but but 0 Mg would mean 0 megagrams! Capitalization doesn't fix the ambiguity!!1!

0mg is unambiguous. 0Mg has the two options. The issue is just that the OP is wrong (well, partially right but not what they wanted).
