Every time I want a new tablet I look at their range and then realise they still have super noisy fans in them... So buy a different product.

They have fans but I wouldn't describe them as super noisy. I rarely hear my SP8.

TBH, the throttling on the fanless models was a bigger problem.

Yep.. until you plug in a dock with 2 external monitors, and then it goes mad 😤
